Artsmark
Elmgrove is proud to announce that we have applied to Artsmark (June 2024) and have been accepted to try to achieve the ‘silver award’. Artsmark is the only creative quality standard for schools, accredited by Arts Council England. Artsmark supports schools to develop, as well as celebrate their arts and cultural education, making sure children’s creativity is at the centre of the curriculum.
Our Artsmark page will be updated regularly to allow you all to go on our Elmgrovian journey and have a ‘sneak peek’ into the evidence which we are collating for our ‘silver award’. We hope through this journey the arts will continue to have a positive impact on learning in school, and we will capture the evidence within the subject of History, by having History and the arts interwoven.
